Galaxy Shuttle Privacy Policy 



Galaxy Shuttle (“GS”) has established this privacy policy to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used, which may be updated by GS. From time to time. GS will notify you of materially important changes to this privacy policy by posting a notice on the GS website.


1. Protecting your privacy


• We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.


• We do not use tracking devices for marketing purposes ("cookies", "web beacons" single-pixel gifs).


• Account information is password protected. Keep your password secure.


• GS does not accept users, subscribers or sellers under 13 years of age. If GS learns that a user, subscriber or seller is a person under 13 years of age, GS will terminate that account.


• GS, or users or sellers who post on GS, may provide links to third-party websites, which may have different privacy practices. We are not responsible for and have no control over the privacy policies of such third-party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.


2. The data we collect


• We sometimes collect your email address, for purposes such as sending self-publishing and confirmation emails, authenticating user accounts, providing email subscription services, etc.


• For paid supplier shipments, we collect contact information such as name(s), telephone/fax number(s), and address for billing.


• We sometimes collect your phone number for account authentication, and may transmit it to a third-party service for tele-robotic verification.


• GS does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions are transmitted to a financial gateway, and we strive to protect the security of your payment information during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).


• We may collect personal information if you provide it to us in feedback or comments, we post it on our website, or if you contact us directly. Please do not post any personal information on the GS website that you expect to keep private.


• Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, date and time. The logs help us diagnose problems with our server, to administer the GS website, and to otherwise provide our service to you.


 3. The data we store


• All messages are stored in our database, even after 'deletion', and may be archived elsewhere.


• Our website logs and other files are stored indefinitely.


• Providers and registered users can access and update their account information through the account login page.


• Although we make good faith efforts to store information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.


4. Circumstances in which GS discloses information


• GS may disclose information about its users, subscribers or vendors if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes.


• GS may also disclose information about its users, subscribers or suppliers to law enforcement officials or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms of Use, respond to claims that any advertisement or other content violates the rights of third parties or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of GS, its users, subscribers, suppliers or the general public.


5. International users


By visiting our website and providing us with data, you acknowledge and agree that, due to the international dimension of the GS we may use the data collected in the course of our relationship for the purposes identified in this policy or in our other communications with you, including the transmission of information outside your jurisdiction of residence. Additionally, you should understand that such data may be stored on servers located in the United States. By providing us with your data, you consent to the transfer of said data.


Terms and Conditions


Luggage: A maximum of one normal-sized suitcase per person will be transported free of charge. Excess luggage will be accepted as long as the load capacity of the vehicle allows it, upon payment of a certain amount, and may always be rejected at the guide's discretion. It is clear that the decision, ultimately, will be up to the guide or the driver of the vehicle if there is no guide. Luggage is not the object of the transport contract, it being understood for all purposes that the traveler always keeps it with him, regardless of the part of the vehicle in which it is placed and that it is transported by the traveler at his own risk and expense, without The Organizer is obliged to respond contractually for any loss or damage that may be suffered from any cause. Luggage is handled free of charge and is transported at the passenger's expense and risk. Galaxy is not responsible for any loss or damage that may be suffered while handling it.


Documentations: It is the responsibility of each traveler to be provided with a valid passport that meets all the necessary requirements. The Organizer declines all responsibility if the visa connection is rejected by any authority due to lack of any of the required requirements or defect of the passport; and any expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the traveler, applying in these circumstances the conditions established for cancellations and voluntary rejection of services.


Payment Methods: to Galaxy Vacations Inc. * Payment may be sent to GALAXY with a cashier's check via courier as long as the Wholesaler and/or agency, for some reason, is in the PREPAID category. This must arrive with enough time for it to be cleared by the bank (at least 5 business days are required to clear it). Payment must be sent to the Orlando office at the following address: 3638 Devereaux Court, Orlando, Fl. 32837 ATT. FERNANDO BENAVIDES.


* With Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover., you can issue the payment by entering here, filling out a form with the card owner's information and entering the Locator Number where the payment must be applied . You must add an additional 5% to your reservation total since we work with a financial company (Card Services International), once the payment is validated we will send you the corresponding receipt.

Galaxy Shuttle also declares that it absolutely DECLINES all responsibility for reimbursement for any service not provided due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, hurricanes, or others that may occur. The passenger who, for any personal reason, be it necessity, whim, illness or simply is not at the described schedule, and does not take any service, will not have the right to any refund. Galaxy Shuttle, reserves the right to change itineraries, substitute hotels, travel dates and other services in order to ensure the success of the excursion. Galaxy Shuttle does not guarantee unconfirmed, prepaid services to Galaxy Shutttle unless prior arrangements have been made by such agent.


Claims and Returns: You have a total of 30 days after the services are provided to make claims or returns. After this period, any type of claim will not be processed.
